■Cleaning
Room cleaning: from 10:00 to 17:00
・Daily cleaning every day (Garbage collection, Snow shoveling)
・Bed sheets change every 3 days for guests staying 4 nights or more
・Major Cleanings are every 3 days for guests staying 6 nights or more
If not needed, please place the card next to the door.
Extra cleaning can be organized, subject to availability, at an additional charge. Please request with front desk.

■Room Key
All guest rooms are equipped with an automated lock system.
To unlock the door, please hold the key card over the sensor on the door.

Please note that if you lose the key or do not return it, you will be charged 50,000 yen (including tax) as the replacement fee. Room key should be left at the front desk when you go out.

■Valuable
Please keep any valuables in the safe provided in the room.

■Check Out
Check out time is 10:00. Rooms will be checked out automatically without prior notice after the noted check out time.

If you wish to extend your stay or late check out service, please contact the Front Desk for room availability and the applicable room rate.
Depending on the congestion situation, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Please note that if we do not receive any notice from you by the check-out time of 10:00 a.m. and the room continues to be used, a half-day (or one-day) room charge will automatically be applied.

■Drinks
Mini-bar items are available in your room. These items are complementary.

■Complimentary shuttle service
We offer complimentary shuttle buses service within the Niseko area from 8:00 to 21:00.
Niseko area:
Niseko/Kutchan Station, Hirafu Welcome Center, Niseko village, Grand Hirafu, Annupuri, etc.

Please note it may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the availability.

■Lighting Master
There is a master switch on the wall in the entrance hallway that controls the lighting in the entire rooms. Please remember to turn it off when you leave.

■Shower and Water heater
Avoid leaving the hot water on when taking a bath. If the water heater runs out of hot water due to its specifications, a manual reset operation will occur and the water will take longer to boil.

■Smoke exhaust window
The switch on the wall is for the exhaust window and must not be touched without emergency.

■No Smoking
ANDARU COLLECTION NISEKO aims to create a smoke-free and healthy environment, and has made it non-smoking in the guest rooms. In addition, if you smoke in the room, we will charge 50,000 yen (tax included) as a cleaning fee.

For a full dining experience, please enjoy your meal at our restaurant.

■Others
Please do not remove any of the facilities or furnishings in the resort or use them for anything other than the intended purpose. A compensatory charge will be incurred in the event of key loss, unreasonable deterioration in the condition of rooms, buildings or furnishings, or any other damage or loss.

Netflix is available free of charge.
